Who can attend the conference?
Any AIESEC alumni who have ever been involved in any AIESEC program of any local committee, country, region and generation.
Team leaders, team members, exchange participants, or any AIESECers are welcome.
Which conference package should I choose?
Please choose the conference package based on your needs, budget and convenience. We provide 3 different packages with its own special benefits.
Gold Package
This package offers you a full conference set with private room and meal plan during the conference (3D2N).
Silver Package
This package offers you a full conference set with shared room for 2 people and meal plan during the conference (3D2N).
Bronze Package
This package offers you a full conference set meal plan during the conference (3D2N). Please note that accommodation (room) is not provided. You may choose your own accommodation within or outside the conference venue. However, we are pleased to assist you.
Please note that the conference ticket rates do not include your transportation to/from conference venue.
How to make payment?
We provide 4 different methods of payment for your convenience (PayPal, Credit Card, Western Union, Bank Transfer).
Paypal
If you have PayPal account, you may choose this method. You are able to make the payment via PayPal directly via our website. Once you fill the registration form,
you will be directed to PayPal payment page. Please note that PayPal fee will be automatically added to your charge. You are able to see the final charge on the
PayPal payment page. You will receive a confirmation email after finalizing your payment.
Credit Card
You may use your credit card to pay the conference ticket. Once you fill the registration form, you will be directed to payment page.
Please note that any additional transaction fee will be automatically added to your charge. You are able see the final charge on the PayPal payment page.

Western Union
You may visit any Western Union branch in your city to make the payment. Once you fill the registration form, you will receive an email for the payment instruction details.
Please follow the instructions and confirm your payment through our website. Please note that any additional transaction fee is NOT included in conference ticket rate,
it is at your own cost. The amount you send to us should be exact or equal to the exchange rate of the transfer date. You will receive a confirmation email after confirming
your payment.
Bank Transfer
You may visit your preferred Bank to make the payment. Once you fill the registration form, you will receive an email for the payment instruction details.

Is it possible to buy more than one ticket?
Yes, it is possible. Just choose the number of ticket and make the payment based on your preferred method. You will receive a confirmation email after finalizing your payment for further steps.
Is it possible to cancel my ticket purchase?
We are very sorry to state that we do not accept any cancelation and no refund will be given. We may consider to give full/partial refund for force majeure case. Please contact us for more details.
